The Problem

Before Q3 Advisors brought me on board, they faced a common industry challenge: high lead acquisition costs paired with an unsatisfactory profit-to-advertising ratio.

This wasn’t a fledgling business though they were already generating several hundred thousand dollars a month in revenue and posting content consistently.

However, customer acquisition costs were cutting into their margins, leaving room for significant improvement in overall profitability.

The Solution

We began by optimizing Q3 Advisors’ existing systems for quick impact.

In the first month, we refined ad campaigns by cutting underperformers and improving those with potential.

Ads were rewritten and reshot to better engage their audience, and we streamlined targeting to focus on the highest-converting segments.

In the second month, we addressed key objections through the “Hammer Them” strategy, creating 20+ short videos and a follow-up email sequence to build trust and reduce friction.

The Results

In just one month, ad spend dropped from $188,000 to $145,000, saving $43,000, while gross profit increased by $33,000.

By the end of the second month, cash received rose from $503,800 to $723,000, a 43.5% increase, while ad spend fell further to $125,200.

Gross profit soared by 84.8%, reaching $413,090.
